What’s the best ab workout that gets results, fast?
The only equipment I have is two 5 lb weights. What’s the best ab workout/dance/pilates moves that target the abs? Thanks!

Nothing better than sit-ups, nothing works better. If anything else that is also fun to do, would be jogging 3-4 times a week. It helps.
Sit-up works well for me.
Crunches in everyway you can think. Full sit-ups can be hard on the back. You can cruch sideways to get your obliques. You can slow it up. You can do it with your legs up in the air. And practice holding in your tummy all the time. It can be an ab workout in itself. (wish I had not lost that habit)
Don’t forget to give your ab muscles rest days also. They are muscles just like the rest of your body
Stomach crunches (Don’t do sit ups), there are many sites that give AB exercises, with pictures. The secret to good ABS is to burn body fat. (The muscles are covered in layers of fat, in all of us).
You’ll need to take up something like jogging/running to burn off the fat. You need to Jog for at least 40 Min’s then do your AB workout. Do this 4 times a week.
Combined with a low fat diet you should see results in 2 weeks.
