Do sit ups loose weight off your stomach and what is a good exercise to loose weight off your legs?
Do sit ups just build up the muscle in your stomach or do you actually get a flat stomach.
Im quite an average size but i want my legs to be a little bit thinner does anyone know any good leg exercises that will help me to looses weight fast on my legs. Thanks:)
