<p>This is one fat source you don&#8217;t want to miss because the fats inside avocadoes are actually healthy fats that helps to control your appetite as well as that fantastic fat burning hormones in your body, thereby increasing your fat burning rate.</p>
<p>To start savoring this super food, add slices of avocadoes or use the avocado dips (like the Mexican guocamole) to things like eggs, burgers, salads and sandwiches. Just doing that will start your body on a fat burning mission.</p>

<p>Now these grain-fed cattles has lower levels of nutrition and are not in their best of health. Their fatty acids ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 are sky high. We want the reverse &#8211; higher omega-3 fats instead of omega-6 (we get too much omega-6 anyway).</p>
