In an ideal body look, a person will want to have 6-8 visible muscles in this area. Unfortunately, most people never see these and all they have are what is commonly known as “love handles”. It depends entirely on the type of exercise you are doing. But in general, the following guidelines will help you:</p><p style="text-align: left;"><em>Cardiovascular exercises</em> — Try doing these at least 2-3 times a week. Preferably have two lighter sessions during the week and one more intensive one on the weekend. If you go jogging twice a week and then go hiking on the weekend, this is a perfect way to do this.</p><p style="text-align: left;"><em>Weight training exercises</em> — Again, try doing your weight training exercises at least 2-3 times a week.
