Ab workout that will cut away stomach fat by the 20th?
Yeah I’m going on a trip and I need to tone up my stomach and cut away at some fat by then. Does anyone know a good workout routine I can do to make this possible?

1. Exercise more.

The key to get a flatter stomach is aerobic activity to burn fat overall in the body as well as anaerobic strengthening to tone your muscles. Strength training will also increase your metabolism (generally, the rate at which your body processes foods/energy) which will help you lose more weight.

By doing aerobic activity and strengthening your muscles in that area, you are sure to get a smaller stomach by the 20th.

Ok first of all, you probably already have rock hard abs, the only thing is, they are hidden under the fat.
Doing ab workouts is going to make your abs bigger, stronger, and harder, but it won’t take away the fat.
You need to burn calories; cardio, and diet. Eat healthier, keep track of how many calories you burn vs. how many you consume every day. And just do activities such as swimming, running, taking the stairs in stead of the elevator, try to be active, even if its just cleaning or walking, try to exercise every day. Eat every 3 hours (otherwise your calorie receptors will increase, and the next thing you eat will make you gain more). Eat an hour before exercising, eat withing the hour after exercising. Drink a lot of fluids, eat slowly so your brain can give you the “I’m full” signal before you overeat.
